Please contact us by email at info@vistofficial.com for returns. All customers must apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your items.  

• All the pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. 
• The shipping fees and related costs of the returned products shall be responsible by customers.
• "Final Sale" Items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

 Returned items must be:

• Unworn and in new condition
• In their original packaging

Returns are sent to our headquarters in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 4 weeks.
