SHIPPING INFO

Most of our orders are shipped within 48-36 hours of purchase pending availability and credit verification. 

We offer FREE shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $100 CAD after discounts and promo codes. Free shipping is not currently available to destinations outside of Canada and the US.

*International shipping is only valid to select countries at this time. If you are unable to place your order, please contact us at info@vistofficial.com. All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees. 

Vist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. If your package is still no where to be found, please contact us at info@vistofficial.com. 

CHANGE OF CANCEL AN ORDER

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to info@vistofficial right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, please be advised that once an order has been finalized, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.
